Apple
Mac Users, using 10.47 Safari Browser.
It has recently come to our attention that some Apple Mac
users using the Safari browser have had difficulty in entering
their details into the fields on our customer order form.
If you experience any problems completing these fields, may
we suggest, if possible, you change your browser setting to
Firefox or Explorer. Or alternatively
call us on 01625 263 124 and we will do our
best to help. Sincere apologies for any inconvenience you
may have been caused.

Ordering and Payment.
You may place your order using any
of the methods below:
Online.
Using our online shopping facility, you can add items to your
basket and pay using most credit and debit cards via PayPal.
Paypal is an established online merchant service and uses
a secure payment method that ensures your card details and
personal information are safe during the transaction.
By Post.
You can order goods via post completing the printable order
form and pay by either cheque or postal order. Download the
form by clicking on the link below and print it out.
Simply use the product codes, descriptions and prices from
this site, complete the form and post it to us along with
your payment.

By Telephone
Please call us on 01635 263 124 anytime between the hours
of 9am and 5.00pm. Monday to Friday. We will despatch your
order as soon as soon as we receive your payment.
Delivery Charges
Standard UK postage and packing delivery is £3.75.
A Next Day delivery service is available Monday - Friday.
If you require this service please place your order by 11:30
am. Please note this service is not available for
weekend deliveries.
If you require express delivery please add this service to
your shopping basket prior to going to the check-out. The
additional charge for next day delivery is £4.
Delivery
Air de Provence will aim to deliver any item in stock within
7 working days of accepting your order, unless payment has
been made by cheque. Delivery dates are not guaranteed, unless
we have stated otherwise in writing, although we shall make
every reasonable effort to achieve this.
Our normal delivery service is by Royal Mail, Parcel Force
or various other carrier companies for our Next Day Service
or larger orders. If you are not home during the day, we suggest
you provide us with a work or other address if it is more
convenient. This will assist us in ensuring a timely delivery.
IMPORTANT. If you are not at home when your
order is delivered, the carrier will leave a card. Please
follow the instructions on this card carefully to ensure delivery,
otherwise your parcel will automatically be returned to us
if you do not respond to the carriers calling card.
If the parcel does not arrive when you expect it, please
do not hesitate to telephone us on: 01625 263 124 between
the hours of 9am - 5.00 pm, Monday-Friday, excluding all English
Bank Holidays.
All delivery charges and times relate to UK mainland addresses.
Overseas Deliveries
We are very sorry, but we can no longer provide overseas delivery.
