Standard delivery on orders under £24.99 UK - £3.95

All orders placed by 2pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day. 
Frenchsoaps.co.uk will dispatch all items in stock using Royal Mail 48 hour. This is a tracked delivery and your tracking number will be included in your dispatch email and are charged at £3.95.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed and subject to the Royal Mail who state to allow 5 working days for delivery. 

SATURDAY DELIVERY - £12.95

For Saturday delivery please order by 2pm Friday and select this option at the checkout. Delivery is charged at £12.95 and available for mainland UK excluding Highlands, Island and NI. This is a DHL service and amends can be made through their app once they have collected your order. 

IRELAND, CHANNEL ISLANDS, UK HIGHLANDS AND ISLE OF MAN STANDARD DELIVERY £6.95

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday on the same day. We use Royal Mail 48hour or Parcelforce 48hour services although these can take up to 10days to arrive - sorry, we aren't able to influence this.

Return costs are at your own expense and should arrive back with us within 28days of your order. We recommend you hold on to proof of postage. 
Once we have received your return and it has been checked by our team your items will be refunded and receive a notification of this. We are unable to refund products that have been opened or used.

No. We have already done that. We are based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire and all our goods are shipped from the UK. There are no hidden costs when shopping with us.

Yes, most of our products are vegan. look for the bade in the Provencne section.
Non Vegan Products contain Donkey or Goat's Milk and this is clearly stated in their title.

Some of our soaps are formulated with certified Responsibly Sourced Palm Oil. This is a good thing.
