Why do so many of your products contain Palm Oil ?

It isn't bad to use responsibly sourced Palm Oil, indeed it's beneficial. Read more here.

Why aren't all your Rotating Soaps available as a set?

The Wall Arms are made by Provendi and the sets include their soaps. We also sell soaps to fit the arms from other brands, which you can buy individually. Contact us if you'd like more help and advice on this.

Why is your delivery charge so high? I only want to buy one soap.

We don't make anything on our shipping charges! Your soap(s) are boxed and posted no matter the size of your order and both of these have associated costs.
We totally support shopping locally however our products aren't readily available in the UK. For most people our shipping charge is still cheaper and quicker than popping out to a shop.

Do you have a shop I can visit?

You are welcome to visit our warehouse in Harrogate by appointment. Please call us to arrange.

I'm an interior designer, can I buy your products at a discount for my clients?

We do work closely with interior, set and commercial designers. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Where are you located?

We are in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.
We ship direct to you from North Yorkshire daily, there are no additional taxes and charges payable by you upon on delivery.

I don't like shopping online, where can I buy your products?

We supply a number of retailers across the UK from the Isle of Wight to North Scotland. Contact us to find a stockist local to you.

Are your products Vegan?

Almost all of our products are suitable for Vegans.
Any products made with Donkey Milk or Goats Milk are not vegan friendly. These are labelled accordingly.

I have really sensitive skin, do you have any products I can use?

We do not stock products contacting sulphates, specifically sodium laureth sulphate. This is an ingredient used to add lather and uniformity to mass produced soaps but is also a drying agent which can be detrimental to sensitive skin.
We suggest you avoid soaps containing Essential Oils. We suggest you look at Pure Savon de Marseille and our Goat Milk range as a starting point. For specific advice and known allergies please call us.

I own a store and would be interested in stocking your products. Do you offer trade accounts?

Yes, we do offer trade accounts and are happy to support small business too. Please contact us for further details, and include the products you are interested in the name, status, location and any other information about your business that is relevant.  .

My Doctor has suggested I use French Soap as I have dermatitis, what can I use?

Traditional Marseille Soap is some of the purest and one of the most versatile products you can find. We suggest you start with Savon de Marseille in Pure Olive or Natural. Avoid our Fragranced Soaps as they contain essential oils, bi-products of which can be an irritant.
