At French Soaps the products we import are registered with the UK Government. We are the designated Responsible Person for the products we import, stock, sell and supply. In most cases we are the nominated Importer, in others we are appointed by the savonnerie.
We take full responsibility for the compliance and accurate data of all product we import. We hold the relevant data sheets and regularly check for updates with our savonneries. We represent and take responsibility for all the product we sell including, and perhaps most importantly, those we supply wholesale/trade.
We do not take responsibility for products bought in and sold within the UK through any other channel including but not limited to; Faire, Ankorstore, sales agents, other importers or retailers shipping to the UK from the EU.
