PRE-ORDERS
Items available for 'Pre Order' are products that we have been informed have left the Savonnerie and are en-route to us. This normally takes around two weeks however occasionally pallets get held up clearing customs, or are delayed making it to our depot in Paris or leaving there. This is out of our control.
NOTIFY WHEN BACK IN STOCK
Items showing as 'Notify When Back in Stock' are products that we have a confirmed order for, that are being made but haven't left the Savonnerie.
OUT OF STOCK
Items showing as 'Out of Stock' are products we are expecting back in but don't have an order placed, or the Savonnerie are unable to tell us when they will be ready to ship.
