Effective against stains from fruit, coffee, tea, herbs, blood, grease, wine, ink, etc.
Terre de Sommières is a natural clay with a strong stain-removing power. It was discovered in the village of Sommières near Montpellier. Combined here with Olive and Coconut Oils this is a powerful bar and the small size makes it an indispensable travel companion.
Orange essential oil adds a gentle fragrance to your laundry.
This is a very typical soap that you find in the French Markets. It's composition is very specific and is effective at removing all stubborn stains on all types of textiles including ink, lipstick, grease & blood. Made from all natural ingredients it does not wreck your hands when you are doing hand washing (Hurrah!). It is also biodegradable and does not contain detergents so if you are wanting to have a more eco friendly lifestyle then washing with this soap is spot on.
How to use: wet the stained area with cold water (greasy collars and cuffs, grass stains on cricket whites, egg yolk on a shirt etc) rub the bar of soap over the stain to get a good coating of soap, leave for 10 - 15 minutes and then pop in the normal wash or hand wash as normal. I find this soap very effective on cricket grass stains and oily stains.

This soap is brilliant, I used it on my 'no longer quite so white' summer tops and amazingly it brought them up bright spanking white again.
Absolutely delighted, I didn't know if it would make a difference or not, but am so glad I gave it a go.
Also good for gardeners hands and nails - muddy stains and grubby finger nails no more :0)
Will certainly be buying more.

This is a must have for any home. Had stain on bedding. Washing in machine did not move it. One swipe and a gentle rub and voila! Stain gone. And that was an old stain!!

Some years ago, I accidentally discovered that a mini bar of French Soap from a hotel bathroom was a really great stain remover. I managed to find more but it was discontinued many years ago. Since, I've tried every brand on the market with poor results.a recent search led me to this site, and I purchased a few items, hoping for a miracle!
We generally have a load of laundry per day, sometimes 2 loads. Children, creating every stain challenge in the known universe, have put this little bar through its paces, testing it in the extreme. I've revisited previous stains and treated them too, all with excellent results. I don't give praise lightly, but this is great stuff, its not failed me yet and I'm really, really pleased to have found it. Very easy to use, I store my bar in a small container in the utility always ready for stain action!
