Aleppo soap for laundry

Tadé Aleppo Soap Flakes are made from olive and laurel oil soap and can be used for machine washing, handwashing and general cleaning. The solid Aleppo soap cubes are equally versatile: use them as a laundry soap for handwashing or treating marks before washing, as well as for hands, face and body.

What should I use for stains?

The Aleppo stain-removing bar combines vegetable soap with Sommières Clay and is designed to be worked directly into marks before washing. Pure Terre de Sommières is an absorbent clay used dry on grease and oil stains, including fabrics and other materials that cannot easily be washed. Apply it to the mark, leave it to absorb the grease and then brush or vacuum it away.

The rather magical Pierre d’Argent

Pierre d’Argent is one of those rare cleaning products that really does seem to work on almost everything. This powerful clay-based cleaning paste cuts through grease, grime and limescale on sinks, taps, hobs, pans, tiles and many other washable surfaces. Apply a little with the damp sponge, clean, rinse and buff dry. It is remarkably effective, economical to use and, once tried, tends to become one of the most useful products in the cleaning cupboard.
