We import our products from France, direct from the Savonneries with whom we have close working relationships. We ship to you from our base in North Yorkshire. We have UK exclusivity with some of our suppliers meaning most of what you buy from us you will only find with retailers we supply.
We can ship low MOQ's to multi-pallet orders. Smaller shipments are next working day via DHL with free shipping on orders over £250+VAT. Pallet delivery, at cost, normally 3-5 working days within mainland UK via Pallet Network or DHL.
Unlike some suppliers there are no additional customs, duty, shipping or admin charges payable by you upon delivery of your goods.
Most importantly, we are the designated Responsible Person for all the products we sell: Each and every product is registered by us with the UK Government conforming to the cosmetic import regulations since Brexit. We do not represent or take responsibility for products bought through other channels, including but not limited to: Faire, Ankorstore, Sales Agents, other Importers or retailers and savonneries shipping from the EU.
