The fragrances chosen for this collection reflect scents widely associated with the Mediterranean.

Atlas Argan references the warm, nutty character of argan.

Ispahan Rose evokes the historic rose gardens of the Middle East.

Jasmin reflects a classic white floral long associated with Mediterranean perfumery.

Orange Blossom recalls the scent of citrus blossom found across the Mediterranean basin.

Cotton Flower offers a clean, soft fragrance.

Pistachio Flower brings a light nutty-floral note inspired by pistachio orchards.

Fleur d’Épices introduces warm spice notes typical of Levantine and Mediterranean markets.

Aleppo Soap from Syria

The base of these soaps is genuine Aleppo soap produced in Syria using olive oil and laurel berry oil. The soap is cooked, cut and matured before being exported as traditional Aleppo bars.This Levantine soap tradition is one of the oldest forms of vegetable oil soap making and remains defined by its use of olive and laurel oils.

Finished in Provence

After curing, the soap is finished in Provence by a specialist savonnerie. At this stage the bars are scented using fragrances typical of Mediterranean perfumery while the underlying olive and laurel oil soap remains unchanged.

The result is a fragranced interpretation of Aleppo soap produced through collaboration between two long-standing soap traditions.
