Well, January went quickly, wow, what can we say...thank you for your support this year!

Deliveries update:

Following the challenges through November and December the services have settled down and seem back to normal.

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm on the same day using Royal Mail or Parcelforce 48hr service. (Note this can take up to 5 working days😳.)

New from February, we have introduced Express Shipping. It's £7.95 and uses Royal Mail 24hr tracked. Again, they say this can take 3 working days but for now parcels are normally arriving next day. We are here to help though so if you have any concerns your order is taking too long then do give us a call; 01423 803080.

Product update:

Whilst we don't 'do' Valentines in the traditional way, we have a large collection of Rose fragranced products featured online as a Rose Collection for this month. 

We also have a great range of more contemporary, sexy and moody fragranced soaps; have a look at Opium, Amber Musk and Patchouli.


Packaging update:


Did you know that the void fill we sometimes use in parcels is 100% BIODEGRADABLE and made from cellulose? It can go in your garden compost bin! All other packaging is recycled and recyclable; we use brown paper fill and hive wrap alongside corrugated 'bubblewrap' card. We are still using plastic sticky tape as unfortunately the paper sticky tape doesn't work very well on our parcels. We are working on this and will be trialing some different types over the next few months.

If you have subscribed to our mailing list you will continue to receive updates from us, we do all of our emailers ourselves so don't worry you won't be inundated with mail from us!
