Our Laurel Laundry Soap Flakes are a time-honoured alternative to synthetic detergents — crafted from pure vegetable oils, including olive and laurel (bay leaf) oil, following the authentic soapmaking methods of the Mediterranean.

Recommended for delicate fabrics such as silk, wool, and baby clothes, these soap flakes gently cleanse without irritating the skin or damaging fibres. Suitable for hand or machine washing, they dissolve easily in warm water and are highly effective for pre-treating stubborn stains and everyday laundry alike.

Naturally rich in glycerin, this traditional formulation respects both sensitive skin and the environment. Laurel oil — prized since ancient Greece and Rome — not only adds a clean, herbal scent but also brings natural antibacterial and antimicrobial properties, helping prevent odours and keeping fabrics fresh wash after wash.

How to Use
Add a handful of flakes directly into your washing drum or dissolve in hot water to create a gentle laundry liquid. Perfect for both hand-washing and machine cycles.

To make your own laundry detergent: mix 2 to 3 tablespoons of Aleppo soap flakes per liter of boiling water. Allow to cool before storing in a bottle. You can add 1 to 2 tablespoons of baking soda to make it more effective and 2 to 4 drops of essential oil for fragrance.

DHL deliver Monday - Friday, at peak seasonal times and in some areas they deliver Saturday, this is not something in our control and do not advise you to rely on this. Use Royal Mail for weekend delivery.
