Botanical Ingredients

Across the range, botanical extracts, mineral ingredients and traditional colourants contribute distinctive character to each bar. Ingredients such as rocou seed extract, acacia bark, and activated charcoal have long histories in plant-based craft and are used here to provide colour, fragrance identity or ingredient character.

These additions are used selectively, allowing each soap to maintain a clear, balanced formulation.

Cotton Gauze Wrapping

Each bar is wrapped in reusable cotton gauze rather than paper or plastic packaging. The breathable weave protects the soap during storage and transport while allowing the bar to dry naturally between uses.

Cotton gauze remains strong when wet, can be washed and reused, and offers a simple, low-waste alternative to conventional soap packaging.

Traditional Plant-Oil Soap Base

These soaps are produced using a traditional plant-oil soap base made from saponified palm and palm kernel oils with naturally occurring glycerin retained during the process. This formulation creates a firm, long-lasting bar that produces a stable, creamy lather suitable for everyday washing of hands and body.

The approach to formulation begins with a simple principle: include only the ingredients necessary for the structure, fragrance, colour or character of the soap.
