Basis of Sale
By placing an order via the salondusavon.com/ Frenchsoaps.co.uk website, by telephone or email, it is notification that you agree to our terms and conditions. These terms and conditions will be updated occasionally, please check these before making a purchase. All orders will be subject to the conditions set out below.
B2B Accounts
We personally review all account enquiries and reserve the right to say no at our own discretion and without given reason.
We will not supply new customers if there is a potential conflict of interest with somebody we already supply eg the same products near by.
Re-sale
We strictly prohibit re-sale on any market place platforms which include but are not limited to Meta, Ebay, Etsy, TickTock and Amazon.
Cancellation
We may cancel an order for any reason, for any item, at any time before delivery.
Prices
All prices quoted on our B2B website portal are in GB Pounds (£) and exclusive of VAT.
Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.
General No order is binding on you or salondusavon.com Frenchsoaps.co.uk until we have accepted it.
Weights
Weights given are approximate particularly in the case of the Marseille Soap. This soap can reduce in weight as the water content in the soap evaporates. This is a natural process and is not detrimental to the product.
Colour
While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of colour reproduction, colour may vary in accordance with the settings of your monitor, software, or printer. Colour also varies from product batch to batch.
Size and Appearance
Please note that most of our soaps are handmade and therefore can be slightly irregular in shape and can also vary in colour. Some of our soaps (in particular artisan/handmade soaps) may be cracked, slightly chipped, irregular shaped, slightly different weights, crusted in salts, etc. These are features of a handmade product (especially if the product contains no preservatives such as traditional Savon de Marseille soap) these characteristics are not defects or damages.
Product Safety
If you or your customers have, or suspect you have sensitive skin, we recommend you do a skin patch test before using any product that comes into contact with your skin. A patch test is simple. Apply a small dab to the inside of your wrist or elbow and leave on for as long as 24 hours.If any redness or tenderness occurs, you may have an allergy and you should avoid any product or products that contain the same ingredients. If you have an allergic reaction discontinue use and thoroughly rinse the affected area with fresh water.
For any unwrapped products we will supply you with batch codes and ingredients which should be available at your point of sale for customers to review.
Returns Policy
We make every effort to make sure that the products and services we offer are of the best quality. If however, you receive items that you are not pleased with you can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. Please inform us by e-mail of your wish to cancel at bonjour@frenchsoaps.co.uk. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage for their return journey.
Please return the goods promptly to facilitate a prompt refund. We will return the cost of your original order including the post and packaging. However, if you do need to return your order for any reason you must return the goods to us at your own expense.

B2B Payment
On receipt of your order we will email you an invoice which is to be paid in full by bank transfer before we ship your order. If we have agreed payment terms with you then payment is subject to this separate agreement. We aim to dispatch B2B orders within 24hrs (Monday - Friday) of payment being received.
Business Hours and HolidaysOur business hours are 9am - 5pm UK time, Monday-Friday, excluding all English Bank Holidays. There will be periods, due to holidays, when there will not be anyone available to process your order. These dates will be posted on the home page of our website.
