DELIVERY
All orders are sent from North Yorkshire without any additional taxes or charges.
We believe in transparent pricing.
Rather than increasing the price of every product to include "free" delivery, we keep our product prices as low as we can for every customer, every day.
Delivery charges help towards the cost of carefully packing and sending your order. Some parcels cost us less, others considerably more, particularly larger or heavier orders. We simply ask customers to make a fair contribution, rather than hiding those costs in the products themselves.

Order by 1pm Mon - Fri for DHL.
Order by 4pm Mon- Fri or 11am Saturday for Royal Mail
Royal Mail: Saturday is a standard working day. Sunday delivery: They deliver in most areas on a Sunday for orders collected Saturday lunchtime and sent on 24hr tracked.
DHL deliver Monday - Friday, at peak seasonal times and in some areas they deliver Saturday, this is not something in our control and do not advise you to rely on this. Use Royal Mail for weekend delivery.
Signed for - this is the same as Royal Mail tracked 24hr with the inclusion of a signature on delivery. These parcels will not be left if you are out.

Grab a mixed box of 10* soaps for £20. Limited availability.
These are soaps that have been damaged in transit to us, used for photography or dented by our clumsy team whilst packing orders.
The quality of soap is just as you would expect, the bars are likely to have some dents, bashes or generally not look as good as normal.
We have random boxes made up so it's not possible to specify. We have ensured you will get a variety of scents and that there are no more than two of any one fragrance per box.
If the damaged soaps include 200g bars, 250g bars, rotating soaps or Savon de Marseille 300g or 600g you will receive nine soaps in total rather than ten.

Soap quality is great, lovely colours sitting in a glass jar in my bathroom.
Some fragrances don’t quite match the description, for example coconut, but does not detract from the overall quality . Plus Excellent value for money!

These bars of soap were perfect as far as I’m concerned. There was talk of blemishes and such but that was not obvious at all. Ten bars of lovely soap and ten different fragrances. Personally, I wasn’t too keen on the “Mandarine” soap but there was nothing wrong with it in effect. I’m not sure whether this offer can be purchased again because it stated one per customer. Hopefully not - I would buy another set. Thank you.

These soaps have a lovely scent, and last for a long time, I purchase 10 not perfect, and use myself and give to friends, who have all been impressed with these soaps.
