All orders are sent from North Yorkshire without any additional taxes or charges.
We believe in transparent pricing.
Rather than increasing the price of every product to include "free" delivery, we keep our product prices as low as we can for every customer, every day.
Delivery charges help towards the cost of carefully packing and sending your order. Some parcels cost us less, others considerably more, particularly larger or heavier orders. We simply ask customers to make a fair contribution, rather than hiding those costs in the products themselves.

Royal Mail: Saturday is a standard working day. Sunday delivery: They deliver in most areas on a Sunday for orders collected Saturday lunchtime and sent on 24hr tracked.
DHL deliver Monday - Friday, at peak seasonal times and in some areas they deliver Saturday, this is not something in our control and do not advise you to rely on this. Use Royal Mail for weekend delivery.
Signed for - this is the same as Royal Mail tracked 24hr with the inclusion of a signature on delivery. These parcels will not be left if you are out.

La Corvette's Olive Marseilles soap, is a traditional hypoallergenic product. It is 100% natural and made exclusively from vegetable oils, without palm oil. It is an ecological product.
This olive oil Marseille soap is made in Marseille according to the traditional manufacturing process of cooking in cauldrons.
It is 100% of natural origin, based exclusively on vegetable oils, guaranteed without palm oil, without coloring, without perfume nor conservative.
Marseille soap with olive oil is an ecological product.
Gentle to the skin, its hypoallergenic formulation is very appreciated by allergic, sensitive or irritated skin and is suitable for the whole family! Used for personal hygiene or as a cleaning product, for laundry or the house, Marseille soap is an effective traditional product that is very economical and keeps for a long time.
Natural composition approved by ECOCERT
Our Marseille soap is a 100% natural product certified COSMOS NATURAL by ECOCERT Greenlife according to the COSMOS standard.
La Corvette - Marseille soaps contain a minimal amount of glycerin. This glycerin is derived from the natural saponification process and is not added to the soap. This glycerin is removed during the washing stages of the Marseilles process. However, a small trace of it remains in the finished product and the regulations require us to indicate this on our ingredient lists.

Used a robust wire cheese cutter to cut up into a 500 gram block which I grated up about 50 grams to dissolve in 1 litre of hot water to make a laundry detergent solution which I have now used on both cotton whites and synthetics to very good effect. Using the remainder of the off cut for hand washing and cleaning counter tops. This 2 kg block should last 2-3 years.

I'm still learning the right way to prepare this as a laundry liquid. I had read different instructions online about using hot water and stirring it, leaving it overnight and it gels up. However, when I followed the instructions on the back of the bag (20g flakes to 1 litre hot water), the solution did not gel up; it did, however, clean my clothes well. I've really enjoyed how fresh the laundry comes out. I do with there was a way to amplify and add this glorious clean aroma, but I'm not sure it's possible to capture the natural clean into the format of a scent booster. To that end, I am still using scent booster beads, but I ran a wash of towels with just this, some vinegar and some baking soda, and the towels just smelt fresh, with no odours. I'm still figuring out the right recipe for everything, but I really enjoy these flakes.
I've been reading other reviews on similar products and it seems like a lot of people do not go back after converting to soap flake wash. I feel like I'm genuinely being pulled in this direction. I still have oxygen bleach for my brights. I haven't ventured into a white wash with this yet, but I think it is only a matter of time before I do. :)

I'm now a convert to using this soap for washing dishes. It cleans like a dream. I had a little bit of cooked on oil at the bottom of mt frying pan and after a soak and a gentle scrub with Savon de Marseille and it was gone. The stainless steel sink gleams after the washing up is done too. My hands are getting softer and less crepey since ditching the washing up liquid which is another bonus.

This is now my go to soap. I only purchased the 600g block a couple of weeks ago, and have already used it to hand wash clothes, clean a spill on a rug, and wash the kitchen floor. It has worked brilliantly in each case. I will be purchasing more.
