Maison Berthe Guilhem is a family business with Swiss-accredited naturopathy training and a deep respect for skin, land, and animals. Every soap is made slowly by hand using a traditional cold-process method, preserving the natural glycerin formed during saponification and maintaining the integrity of each ingredient.

At the heart of every bar is fresh organic Alpine goat’s milk, sourced directly from the family’s own goats. Naturally rich in vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids, goat’s milk is long valued for its gentleness and suitability for sensitive or easily unsettled skin.

Formulas are deliberately short and purposeful. Organic olive oil and coconut oil provide a reliable, mild cleansing base, while carefully chosen additions — such as shea butter, sweet almond oil, avocado oil, aloe vera, mineral clays, honey, or botanical extracts — bring specific benefits without unnecessary complexity.
