Composition & Ingredients
Olive & Laurel Aleppo Soap
Olive oil forms the base of the bar and is saponified in cauldrons. Laurel berry oil is incorporated during cooking and becomes part of the soap itself. This is a two-oil formulation in which both oils determine the structure of the finished bar. The proportion of laurel influences firmness and cleansing strength. The soap is then aged for an extended period to reduce moisture and stabilise the bar before release.
The Formulation
Laurel Oil
Laurel berry oil contains naturally aromatic compounds and cleansing fatty acids. In Aleppo formulations, it influences hardness, cleansing strength, and the distinctive herbal profile of the finished bar.
INCI: Laurus Nobilis Fruit Oil
Olive Oil
Olive oil forms the historic foundation of Marseille soap. Naturally rich in oleic acid, it produces a mild, stable lather and contributes to a firm, long-wearing bar with notable skin tolerance. In traditional olive-based formulations, it defines both the structure and the character of the finished soap.
INCI: Sodium Olivate
Ingredients
sodium olivate, aqua (water), sodium laurate, laurus nobilis (laurel) fruit oil, glycerin, luffa cylindrica fruit powder, olea europaea (olive) fruit oil, helianthus annuus seed oil, rosmarinus officinalis leaf extract, sodium hydroxide

This is a first for us, a pure plant oil soap combing natural loofah fibres for gentle exfoliation!

  • Dual-action cleansing + exfoliation: The loofah fibres gently buff away dead skin while the rich olive and laurel oils cleanse, leaving skin polished and soft.

  • 100% natural & skin-friendly: Made with sodium olivate (olive oil), laurel (bay) oil, sunflower seed oil, and rosemary extract—free from parabens, sulfates, mineral oils, palm oil, and cruelty.

  • Rich in heritage & craftsmanship: Crafted in ancient cauldrons in Aleppo, Syria, then cured and finished in Provence, using techniques that span centuries

  • Versatile for all your needs: Safe for face, body, hair—and even gentle enough for laundry stains.

  • Hypoallergenic & suitable for most skin types: Use several times weekly for smooth, hydrated, and purified skin. Not recommended for extremely sensitive skin

Loofah is a climbing plant grown on the terraces of the Nile. Its fruit, a surprising cucurbit with a honeycomb texture, is picked when ripe and specially prepared. It is then used to make a "sponge" of slightly rough fibers, then integrated into the remarkable Aleppo soap, to obtain a "2in1" treatment that is both creamy and exfoliating.

Natural, derived from plants known for their benefits, this  treatment for body and face respects all skin types, which it gently removes from dead skin. The result is purified, velvety skin that is intensely hydrated.

Use several times a week as required for all skin types except the most sensitive.
