That's a shame, sorry you weren't able to gift it to a worthy cause.
This does have a delicate scent, the lemon tree bark offsets the citrus which results in it being less 'lemony' than a plain 'citron' soap.

This is a big bar of soap and i cut it into pieces to make it easier to use. Its OK but I cant really identify its scent, its certainly more complex than lemon. dont think id buy it again, sorry
