All orders are sent from North Yorkshire without any additional taxes or charges.

Order by 4pm Mon- Fri or 11am Saturday for Royal Mail
Royal Mail: Saturday is a standard working day. Sunday delivery: They deliver in most areas on a Sunday for orders collected Saturday lunchtime and sent on 24hr tracked.
DHL deliver Monday - Friday, at peak seasonal times and in some areas they deliver Saturday, this is not something in our control and do not advise you to rely on this. Use Royal Mail for weekend delivery.
Signed for - this is the same as Royal Mail tracked 24hr with the inclusion of a signature on delivery. These parcels will not be left if you are out.

Pyrenean Soap Flakes - Trial Pack
A simple way to test fragranced soap flakes.
A trial pack of traditional soap flakes made from saponified vegetable oils and lightly fragranced with essential oils.
Designed to dissolve in warm water to create a simple liquid laundry soap.
This format allows you to test performance, scent and suitability before committing to a larger pack.
Each pouch produces approximately 20 washes.
- Bergamot – fresh citrus with a clean, bright character
- Lavender – soft aromatic floral, commonly used for linen
- Patchouli – deeper, earthy note suited to stored fabrics
- Rose Geranium – balanced floral with a green edge
- Verbena – light citrus freshness with a crisp finish

I love these soap flakes ! They smell divine . I use them to wash my hand knitted socks and sweaters . The patchouli oil acts as a moth deterrent . You only need a small amout but they clean very effectively .

I tried the patchouli fragrance soap flakes which were lovely. Interestingly the fragrance smelt much more pronounced in a wool wash than when I used it for towels on a hot white wash ( I’m old school!) . The fairly old towels now, came up quite white, but shaving cut stains weren’t removed, but I didn’t use a stain remover first.
I used the 500ml gel method as described, but it didn’t gel like the Fer du Cheval soap flakes I usually use. It recommends using a teaspoonful in the wash which in my hard water area would do nothing. I used 100ml of the mix for towels and 50ml for woollies, which seemed right for my area. I would use them again, my only reservation being the price.
